Facility Position Title: 18-Wheeler Truck Driver Job Name: (Driver.Truck & Assistant)
Function: Operations
A courier company is seeking to hire Full time Truck Drivers for our Local candidates preferred.
Responsibilities:
Operate an 18-Wheeler truck in a safe manner while complying with state, federal, and Tuboscope safety rules
Assist in loading and unloading trucks and racks at plant and yard.
Cleans and perform routine maintenance on truck and trailer.
Perform daily truck log input data.
Perform daily checklist on truck.
Record, count, and verify CSP quantities on loading/unloading trucks.
Responsible for maintaining Quality and Safety awareness.
Commitment to Quality.
Report directly to Yard Supervisor appointed to monitor the work location, or designated company representative
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School education or equivalent.
Have a valid driver’s license and PDP. endorsement to drive 26,0001 lb. and greater combination truck/trailer/cargo.
Operate 18-wheeler truck & trailer.
DuPont STOP Safety Program Background.
Introduction to Hazardous Waste Storage .
